I'll BE AWAY

Just a note to let you know I’ll be away
indefinitely. I’m going out of town to provide hospice care for our friend who
is losing her battle with cancer. If you were not aware, I am a retired
nurse. I hope to answer emails occasionally but if there is something you are
wanting to order I hope you are willing to wait.
I will not be updating on EarlyWorkMercantile for
April but I hope you find the time to stop by there on the 1st and 15th to check
out the wonderful primitive wares being offered.
I am asking for prayers at this time for Mary and
her family.
til next time ~
be blessed.

Sampler box and some bunnies

This wonderful little two hares marking sampler box was designed by Wendy of Pineberrylane. The box measures 2 3/4 x 5 1/4 and has been heavily distressed. The sampler was stitched on 28 ct. linen over 1 and 2 threads. I have added some rusty pins to the top and inside the box there will be two tiny little pinkeeps, some old buttons, and a vintage spool of thread. I've tied some sweet annie to the side. The little pinkeeps are a little hare and some scissors, both have a thread attached for hanging if desired. SOLD, THANKS SO MUCH.

Here are some blackened beeswax flop eared bunnies. I have poured them from a mold from Sharon from homespunheartprimitives and then rubbed them with spices. I have tucked them into paper mache boxes that I have painted, sanded and stained. The boxes measure 1 1/2 inches tall x 2 3/4 inches wide. I used dried sweet woodruff for grass. Grass may vary.

Kindly asking $10.00 each plus shipping.

OOPS I FORGOT ONE THING

Yesterday when I posted a few items for sale I forgot to add these lovely beeswax basket cups. I made these using local blackened beeswax from a mold from Sharon Mitchell. They stand 2 1/2 inches tall not including the rusty wire hanger and are 3 inches across. They come filled with drieds ~ choices are sweet annie, dried lavender or dried flax flowers or you may choose a flicker light.
The price for the baskets filled with drieds is $9.00 plus shipping and with the flicker light $12.00 plus shipping. I think they are so lovely to add a little springtime into your home and how cute would they look with your favorite bunny or doll. They also hang nicely.
thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check my older listings.
